At Freelance Adda Private Limited, we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can request the cancellation of your enrolled course or educational service and the terms applicable to such requests.

How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your course enrollment, you may submit a cancellation request using any of the following methods:

• Contact our support team by sending an email from your registered email address.
• Include your registered name, registered email address, course details, and transaction ID (if available) in your cancellation request.

Cancellation Processing

Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will review and verify the provided information in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. You will be notified of the status of your request after the verification process is completed.

If your cancellation request is approved, access to the enrolled course or educational service may be discontinued as per the applicable cancellation terms.

Any eligible refund will be processed only in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Cancellation requests submitted after the applicable eligibility period may not qualify for a refund.

Access After Cancellation

Once your cancellation request has been processed and approved, the following conditions may apply:

• Your access to the enrolled course, recorded sessions, live classes, and other premium educational content may be discontinued.
• If applicable, your account may continue as a basic user account with access only to publicly available or free learning resources.
• Access to downloadable study materials, course certificates, assessments, and other premium resources may no longer be available after cancellation.
• Any future updates, newly added course content, or premium learning features associated with the cancelled course will not be accessible.

Re-Enrollment

If you wish to continue your learning after cancellation, you may enroll again in any available course or educational program by completing a new registration and payment process. Re-enrollment will be subject to the course availability, applicable fees, and the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of registration. Previous course access, progress, certificates, or benefits may not be restored unless otherwise specified by Freelance Adda Private Limited.
